Are lock / tags available/used on circuits that could become energized while being

4 Are extension cords in continuous lengths without splice?

5 Whether the condition of cable is checked?


Are cables received from other site checked for insulation resistance before putting

them into use?
7 Are all main cables taken overhead?

8 Are welding cables routed properly above the ground?

9 Are welding and electrical cables overlapping?

10 Is any improper jointing of cables/wires prevailing at site?

11 If temporary lighting is provided, are bulbs protected against accidental breakage?

12 Are working surfaces clear of cords so as not to create a tripping hazard?

13 Is there a sufficient number of temporary plug points on the job site?

Are Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELCB) or Residual Current Circuit Breaker
14 (RCCB) of cutoff rating 30 mA installed in each circuit and are they used and tested
by PMV Representative at regular intervals with a record?
