securely held in place?

1 Is earth conductor continued upto DB / SDB?

2 Is sufficient access and working space provided


and maintained around all electrical equipment
to permit ready and safe operations and
maintenance?
3 Is there any overloading of DBs / SDBs?

4 Are correct / proper fuses & CB’s provided at


main boards & sub- boards?
5 Is energised wiring in junction boxes, CB panels &
similar places covered all times?

5 Mention the copper/Aluminium strip of earth
conductor used at plant.
6 Proper Earth pit provided & checking.
