of treatment parameters.

Operate, maintain, and repair ship propulsion machinery and auxiliary equipment of a Naval
Nuclear Propulsion Plant, to include components such as pumps, heat exchangers, valves, regulators,
gages, switches, propulsion engines and electric generators. Maintain records and reports. Perform
emergency response procedures in cases such as fire, flooding, nuclear propulsion casualties, and
radiation/contamination control casualties.
Accomplishments
· Recognized early as “Bluejacket of The Quarter” by rapidly qualifying 4 watch stations to support a thin
engineering department staffing.
· Maintained calibration program by calibrating over 100 Pressure/Temperature Gages and Switches to
ensure accountability in the monitoring of Nuclear Power Plant Parameters.
· Took on additional responsibilities as a U.S. Navy Diver to support and maintain staffing requirements,
ensuring a mission ready status.
· Recognized for academic achievement and placed on Dean’s List for 9 of 9 semesters while attending
The Ohio State University.
