At the very outset i would like to take this opportunity to thank our learned mediator Mr…..

conducting this session, also the council of the opposite sideMr…….. as well as Mr.…………….
If i may address you as that, for agreeing to resolve the impending issue through the negotiation
process and i appreciate both of you taking your time out especially so close to the end of
transfer window and I congratulate you for being here voluntarily it really shows a great
willingness to try to cooperate to work these things out so really do appreciate your being here

I'd like to clarify my capacity here as an attorney i am only here in an advisory role and I shall be
dealing with the technicalities and the semantics of the proposals that we lay here on the table
today the power to accept or reject an offer shall wholly rest with my client.

We would also like to clarify that my client Mr.…….. Has been empowered by the Club
management to enter and enforce any sort of agreement that we reach here.

Building trust is one of our primary agendas is going into this meeting and we believe Mr.
……….agreeing to meet and agreeing to settle the dispute is itself you know complementing the
fact that we want to establish trust between both the party

For reaching an effective solution which is beneficial for both of us and which takes into
consideration both of our interests and there will be a need to gather some information and share
some information at different intervals which will involve posing questions to your client if i
may pose or my client may pose direct few questions if to Mr. ……..directly if you do not have a
problem, which will involve posing questions to your client about the various details so that we
can formulate an offer which is workable solution for both of us.

Lastly it is very important that we discuss every agenda that we have on hand individually and
moreover only one at a time so that there is clarity on the offer proposed by both the parties
which will eventually lead us to a better resolution moving towards an effective.
