General working-from-home guidelines


 You need to continue to work your usual office hours, unless advised otherwise by your manager.

 You are expected to be as responsive and available as normal.

 Please communicate with your co-team workers and manager via appropriate channels (i.e. not social media).

 Please continue to maintain the highest standards of work quality.

Compliance and Information Security: Work-from-home guidelines for Acuity


Knowledge Partners employees
 Acuity Knowledge Partners’ (Acuity) employment terms require you to maintain confidentiality of information during your
employment with the company; this applies when you are working from home as well.

 Employees should never discuss any aspect of clients’ confidential/proprietary information, even in the most general
terms, with family members or outsiders while working from home or remotely.

 Employees should avoid allowing family members or outsiders to view the screen while working from home.

 Employees must always store work-related content in client-specific/authorised drives only.

 Uploading/downloading data to non-client drives/websites is strictly prohibited.

 Practise the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ policy; always follow the need-to-know approach for any information related to the
client/project.

 Using the client’s identity or brand on social media is strictly prohibited.

 Sharing user IDs, passwords, tokens, Citrix access and other links is strictly prohibited.

 Use clients’ email IDs for client-related communications only. Do not send/forward clients’ email/content to non-client
email IDs.

 Any and all incidents that may compromise or lead to the compromise of Acuity’s/clients’ compliance policies should be
immediately reported to the compliance and information security teams.

 Before clicking ‘send’, double-check the list of recipients, as there could be individuals with identical names in different
teams.

 Do not access Acuity/client systems via public computers, such as those in internet cafes, libraries, airports, coffee
shops, etc.

 Employees must comply with the client’s work-from-home guidelines as well.

 Employees are prohibited from printing any Acuity/client information while working remotely.

 Always lock or shut down the machine when you are not in front of your machine or are not using it.

 Do not access any prohibited websites when you are working remotely.

 Employees must take precautions, as necessary, to maintain the confidentiality of Acuity’s/clients’ proprietary
information and trade secrets and prevent unauthorised access to any Acuity/client systems.

 Employees must comply with the Acuity IT Use Policy, which is amended from time to time.

 During this arrangement, the employee will continue to remain bound by all Acuity policies and procedures, including
(but not limited to) the Acuity Code of Business Conduct.

There would be no exceptions made to the above until and unless deemed fit by the organisation and its management. Any
breach of the above guidelines may result in disciplinary action.
