Isang linggo na naman po ang nagdaan, at panibagong araw ang ating hinaharap. Kumusta kayo mga
kapatid? How’s your week? Nawa ay nagkaroon ang bawat isa sa atin ng produktibong linggo. I hope we
enjoyed our reading and reflection time as we take on our #OneBookChallenge (ang binasa po natin sa
nakalipas na mga araw ay John Chapters 17-19), aside from that, I hope and pray that we had a
meaningful week as we join and commit in 21 Days Prayer and Fasting which started on July 6, and will
end on July 26, 2020. We are in a season of WIN United Prayer and Fasting. Today is the 14 th day.
Patuloy po tayong makiisa. Last Sunday’s message reminds us from John 17:20-21 -“My prayer is not for
them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message,   that all of them may be
one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe
that you have sent me – WE HEAL AS ONE AS WE PRAY AS ONE.

Mga kapatid, matapos man ang 21 DPF, may we continually seek more of God and take time to pray and
meditate on His Word.

Let me remind everyone, ugaliin po ang paghuhugas ng kamay, pagsusuot ng mask tuwing lalabas ng
bahay (kung wala namang mahalagang gagawin, mas mabuting manatili na lamang sa loob ng tahanan),
maintain social distancing, at hangga’t maaari, iwasan muna ang mataong lugar at mga malakihang
pagtitipon. Hindi po dapat natin minamaliit o isinasawalang bahala ang Covid Virus at pandemyang
kinahaharap ng lahat. Like the enemy, Satan, Corona Virus is unseen, we cannot underestimate or
overestimate it. Dalangin po namin ang kaligtasan at kalusugan ng bawat isa, nawa po ay nananatili
tayong malakas at malusog , spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. Let’s take good care of our
body and spirit!
‘Wag rin po nating kalimutan, tayo man ay malayo sa isa’t – isa, let’s stay connected! Social diatancing
hindi social diaconnecting. Let’s check on each other and pray for one another. You can connect with us
thru messenger or our social media accounts.

We know that everything that is going on in our country, our world today makes it more challenging for us
to face everyday, people may turn hopeless, nag-aalala tayo sa mga susunod na maaaring mangyari,
natatakot tayo para kaligtasan natin at mga mahal sa buhay, nagtatanong kung kalian ba matatapos ito o
mayroon ba talagang katapusan, nagagalit, nalulungkot, nadidismaya sa mga balitang ating naririnig at
napapanood. At marami pang iba. Many of us, suffer from anxiety and depression. With that, we want to
let you know that we are here for you, willing to listen. I hope and pray that God comforts and embraces
you every time you feel sad, lonely, tired, overwhelmed, and may He restore and sustain you with
strength, peace and joy.

Hindi natin maidedeny na mahirap mag-adjust, gawin ang mga bagay na hindi natin kinasanayang gawin
noon, pero ang mahalaga ay matuto tayong mag-adapt sa panahon ngayon. We learn to adjust, adapt,
maging flexible tayo sa new normal.
