CAREER PLAN

Career Goal

My career goal is to become a successful doctor who, with full passion and
determination, will help and assist people that I know and I will meet in the future.

Requirements

a. Determination, since helping and assisting numerous people who need


medical attention are considered as arduous but uplifting tasks.

b. Critical thinking, since in the field of medicine, the capability of analyzing


certain illnesses and administering their corresponding prescriptions is
benevolent, since people’s lives are at stake.

c. Empathy, since gaining people’s trust and putting one’s self in their shoes are
important guidelines in order to be able to assist and treat them properly.

Current Skills and Interests

a. I can continuously learn new information that is considered beneficial and vital.

b. I always read books, regardless of the genre.

c. I can properly solve problems.

d. I can manage time effectively.

e. I am capable of critical thinking.


Plans to Reach One’s Goal

a. Firstly, I will effectively decide the medical-related courses that I will take in the
future, and I will consider that such courses are aligned with my interests.

b. Secondly, in order for me to know the beneficial and vital information and
ethics in the field of medicine, I will study hard, perform well in certain practical
activities or tasks, and practice efficiently.

c. Thirdly, once I know all the necessary information and bear in mind the ethics
in the field of medicine, I will apply all of these in my clinical years (for training).

d. Fourthly, once I reach the period where I can take the examination in order to
become a licensed doctor, I will study hard, apply all necessary information and
ethics, and do my best to answer all questions with honesty and integrity.

e. And lastly, if I pass the examination and become a licensed professional


doctor in the future, I will apply all the beneficial and vital information and ethics
in the field of medicine that I learned once the time has come that I will be able to
serve people with proper medical assistance and reverence.
