Strengths
Faye Agustin and Glenz Rupaniana both
graduated and awarded with a diploma in
Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration in 1991, in which they could
use this achievement one step ahead of their
dreams.
Faye took the job of a sales officer
representing a marketing company
specialized in dessert making. As for Glenz,
she was assisting her father in their
YemaHaus factory.
Because of Glenz’s perseverance, the
YemaHaus did not only produce yema,
but also other dessert products such as
tarts.
The assets of the YemaHaus expanded and
proliferated, which include a factory building,
new tools and equipment, a delivery van, an
automobile, furniture, and office equipment.
Ten laborers are now working on part-time
basis, six are working full time, and one is
employed as a clerk.

Weaknesses
One of the key proponents of the
YemaHaus, Glenz’s father, succumbed
to his grief after the terrible incident
that dismantled his business.
Because the fire incident incinerated
the modern tools and equipment the
YemaHaus possessed, it had no
choice but to utilize old tools and
equipment.
Having lost his trust towards the
insurance coverage, Glenz’s father
decided not to renew it. Due to this, the

saw it as an opportunity to make her

development. Moreover, her father
became her inspiration and motivation
to renovate their business and continue
their family legacy.
Glenz had considered selling beverages
and native delicacies because they are
prominent and enticing to the
customers. Due to this, she started
negotiating to purchase a retailing store
in downtown Caloocan City.
Faye still works as a sales officer, while
Glenz became the full-time manager of
the YemaHaus. These positions served
as an opportunity to seek more potential
opportunities that will enhance their
business.
Threats
The expansion and enhancement of
their business may possibly contribute
to having other competitors working
with the same industry as them.
The modern tools and equipment that
were replaced will possibly get worn
out as time passes by. Thus, having a
regular maintenance is vital.
If a current worker of them made the
same mistake of the previous worker,
then it will be a severe threat to the
business, for renovations possibly
have a huge cost.
Natural disasters such as floods can
severely affect their business. So,
devising a plan regarding the
preservation of goods, tools, and
equipment, and preparation against
such disasters is paramount.
Problems within their safety measures
might arise again. So, they should
always be scrutinized and not be
neglected.
