1 Basic Information

The following informations are use for all landing door and car door of GDB series.

1.1 Landing door alignment with car door

The center of the bolt on the stop buffer, represents the vertical reference for the position of all landing and car doors.

For the telescopic doors, the center of the bolt indicated the clear opening line, runby excluded.
For central opening doors, it indicates the center of the clear opening.

1.2 Assembly of panel fixing bolts

Each panel must have at least two fixing points.

The fixing bolts are eccentricity.
There are two ways to fixing the bolts in the
hanger plate.
Chose fixing surface to get the right clearance
(3~5mm)
between the panels and landing door frame，

1.3 Bottom Shoes Assambly

Each panel must have at least two sliding shoes.

Fixing the shoes according the following drawings.

The pin’s eccentricity and the presence of the slots allows considerable adjustment.

The siatance is 3~5mm between the panel and frame.

To replace the shoes as flowings:

¾ Lose the shoe bolts from the panel head
¾ Turn down the shoes
¾ Take out form the sill groove

3.3 Tension adjust of the toothed belt

To adjust the tension of the toothed belt proceed as follows:

1． Slacken the nut (1)and (3)
2． To increase or reduce the tension of the belt
rotate nut (2) for required tension
3． re-tighten nut (1)and (3)

a= 5~8 mm

3.5 Tension adjust of the motor belt

To adjust the tension of the motor belt proceed as follows:

1 Slacken the 4 pcs. bolts (1)
2 To increase or reduce the tension of the belt (3) rotate nut (2) for required tension
3 re-tighten the4 pcs. bolts (1)
