● My name is Eirini Tsakalou.

● I am twenty six years old.
● Where did you grow up?
● I grew up in Ikaria which is a greek island in the northen Aigean.
● Where do you live at present?
● I currently live in Athens, the capital city of Greece, because I am studying
and also working here.

● Have you been at the University? What is your profession?
● My undergaduate studies have been at the University of Crete in the
Department of Preschool Education and my undergaduate degree is
specialized in kittengarden teaching! I am also finishing my Master degree in
School Psycology.
● What do you do in your free time? How do you spend your free time?
● In my free time I like/enjoy cooking, singing, playing the guitar and the one I
enjoy most, creating jewelry with polymer clay! I have started that project in
2019 when I finished my undergraduate studies. I am selling them at many local
traditional festivals in Ikaria. My creative side is flourishing because of that
project. 3

● For the weekend, I am planning with my classmates from

Do you have any plans for the weekend?

● Regarding this weekend, me and my friends have scheduled

“ to take the bus and visit a beautiful mountain in the north part
of Evoia called the ‘’Xiron Oros’’ mountain. There, we are

going for hiking in the mountain and enjoy the fresh air that we
are missing in Athens. Then we will have a pic nic to the top of
the hill and we will have a great time enjoying the landscape,
telling jokes with each other, sharing stories which are similar 5

Do you live alone or with your family?

● Although my family’s home basis is in Ikaria, I am living in

Do you enjoy watching TV?

● I am not used to watching TV but because of the difficult

“ situation during the Covid-19 pandemic I have started to watch

a famous greek TV Series called “Wild Bees” with the

company of my mother and for the time being whenever
