INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES - NLE STEP-1 EXAM

1. Candidates must bring their original ID document i.e. CNIC /NICOP/Passport along with a printed copy of Roll Number Slip. No candidate will be
allowed to take the exam without provisions of these documents.
2. All candidates should follow the SOPs of COVID-19, carry their COVID-19 vaccination certi cate with them, wear masks and maintain social distance.
Keep your masks on while at the exam venue.
3. Candidate must check the reporting time and venues before leaving for the exam to avoid any inconvenience.
4. No candidate shall be allowed to take the examination if he fails to report to the venue later than the reporting time. Due to the ongoing security
situation, it is the responsibility of the student to reach the venue by the reporting time mentioned.
5. Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, smartwatches, smart glasses, calculators, etc. are NOT allowed in the Examination Hall.
6. If possible, candidates should not bring their mobile phones to the exam venue. However, if they do bring, they will be required to submit their
mobile phones to exam sta at the collection point. In such case, it is the responsibility of the candidates to collect their mobile phones from the
collection point after the exam.
7. Candidates will be searched for any prohibited items before being allowed in the Examination Hall.
8. Candidates are advised not to bring valuables with them at the examination venue.
9. Candidates are required to comply with the directions given by the Chief Invigilator at the examination venue.
10. Any candidate found using any sort of unfair means during the exam will NOT be allowed to continue the exam and his paper will be cancelled.
