1. " Entrepreneurs are made not born " - Lloyd Shefsky. What is your point on the
statement?

 Everybody is born with skills and capabilities. We are unique by just who we are.
However in the world of business not everybody have the potentials to be a good
entrepreneur. So, in this statement my point is, no one born as an entrepreneur but
what makes them to be an entrepreneur is how they use their skills and capabilities to
make something new and explore what they like in order to be what they want. We
canno't deny the fact that before they became an entrepreneurs they also failed many
times. In addition, its up to us how we create our own fate. How we use our skills,
strengths and capabilities to mold ourselves to make a progress beyond our limit
because we are the one who created our success.

2. In you own observation today, how entrepreneurs play a major role in the
environment?

 Based on my own observation on how entrepreneurs play a major role in the

environment is that, through their influence on the society and to us as an individual
they make our economic status high and numbers of individual has been employed
because of the different job opportunities. They are not just selling products and
services but they are the one also who promotes economic growth, social and
political changes holding out a promise of new innovations that will address social
problems. Entrepreneurs play a key role in any economy, using the skills and
initiative necessary to anticipate needs and bringing good new ideas to market.
Entrepreneurship that proves to be successful in taking on the risks of creating a
startup is rewarded with profits, fame, and continued growth opportunities.

 Based on the video I've watched which is entitled "Batang Entrepinoy

dokumentaryo ni Sandra Aguinaldo". It portrayed how the opportunities lead the
way just like some Pinoy who conquer the world of business at their young age. They
already break the silence of the ages of one boss. Just like Paulo Campos III, he
graduated with flying colors as magna cum laude, he stated that he believes with
"Swerte '' in the online world. His capabilities to lead and analyzation using his
intelligence brought him to success and his foundations. He thinks commerce
business suits his abilities to start a business and he started with Zalora. He also
shared on the video how he started and his way of choosing employees which are all
young.

It's inspired me to do so and motivates me that even in my young age I can start with
some business as long as I am passionate and add some hard work. The only thing that I
should remember is that whatever might happen there's always an open door for us to
walk upon. Another thing, this video is an eye opener for all the aspiring entrepreneur out
there just like me, it help me to gain some beautiful insights and idea that truly beneficial.

Furthermore, we should not stop dreaming of instead continue pursuing our dream in life
to succeed. It will always prevail in my heart and my core to give a happy life to my
parents and also serve as honor to them for raising me up. I will always stick to my goal
and never give up as long as I give it my best without regrets.

4. Discuss how entrepreneurship could help improve the quality of life in terms:

1) Entrepreneur- Entrepreneurship could help improve the quality of life in terms of

entrepreneur by creating new enterprise and to something new in the market.
Entrepreneurs are important to market economies because they can act as the wheels
of the economic growth of the country.

2) Employees- Entrepreneurship could help improve the quality of life in terms of

employees by giving an opportunities to different jobs to support their needs and to
have a stable source of income. Entrepreneurship can create jobs, wealth and social
empowerment, all of which may contribute to a decrease in poverty.

3) Costumers- Entrepreneurship could help improve the quality of life in terms of

costumers by providing a good quality products and services.

4) Country- Entrepreneurship could help improve the quality of life in terms of our
county to make something new and contributes a big impact to our society just like
the progress in our economic status, rate of employment and influence our social and
political views. In short, Entrepreneurship takes the economy and the society to the
state of progress and prosperity. New businesses can create new jobs and therefore
will increase the employment rate of the nation. This will also generate income to the
entirety of the nation.
