Gilbert Guy owns almost 80% of the subscribed capital stock of GoodGold, a
company he claimed to have established in his 30s. Simny, his mother, claimed that it
was her and her spouse Fransisco who established GoodGold and that they put the
bulk of the company into Gilbert’s name. Simny claimed that upon incorporation of
GoodGold, they issued stock certificates reflecting the shares held by each
stockholder.
