Notion & Notes Application
To organize my tasks and schedule my week, I use the platform
Notion on my laptop and the Notes application on my phone.

Other Study Habits
I make sure I get atleast 8 hours of sleep.

I wake up very early in the morning and start my day early and
productively.

I romanticize my studying sessions by playing Lo-Fi study music and

always having a glass of Iced Coffee by my side. Sometimes, I
timelapse myself studying to avoid myself from reaching for my phone.
When it comes to notetaking, it depends. I do traditional notetaking
using pen and paper, but I also do digital notetaking on my laptop and
my tablet.
When it comes to actual studying, I study in chunks. I start with Module 1 first and
then proceed to the next ones after I finish Module 1. I study by reading silently, then
reading it aloud and discussing it to myself, then doing a recap of the important
concepts, terms, and keywords.
Other Study Habits
I plan my week ahead to avoid getting flustered and stressed by my
deadlines.

I always note important dates when it comes to my coursework like

deadlines and exam schedules.

I spend time with my family and friends during my free days. I find it
relaxing to just hang out, have fun, and laugh with these people.

I do breathing exercises and self-affirmation practices when I feel

myself relapsing and about to get an anxiety or panic attack.

I pray! This is one of the most important habits I practice before, during, and after
studying or in general, before, during and after everything I do.
