ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES – (each role)
An internship at Hindustan Unilever Limited under Unilever Leadership Internship Programme is an enriching and
challenging experience. Interns get an opportunity to work on exciting live projects, with clear deliverables and
identified targets. These projects are of critical importance to the specific business and interns will be expected
to apply their technical knowledge to the tasks at hand. In the process, they shall develop a business perspective
while getting a hands-on experience. During the internship, they will be assigned a tutor, buddy and mentor who
will guide them throughout the stint and help in building a larger functional and business perspective. Students
can apply for an 8-week internship at the end of which, they may receive a pre-placement offer based on their
performance and fit with Unilever. If offered a placement, they will join us as a Management Trainee under the
Unilever Future Leaders Programmed in 2024.
