• Maintain all aspects of the Help Desk Data Base as it becomes necessary
• Serve as primary contact on desktop OS and desktop application support issues
• Assist in supporting and maintaing File and Application Server OS, applications, and hardware
• Assist in supporting and maintaining Complex network hardware including core switches, routers
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to workstation hardware, PC troubleshooting,
