 representatives from Turning Technologies to ensure a smooth transition for both faculty and students.
Develop materials for workshops, web resources, as well as one-on-one training sessions for all faculty
members interested in incorporating clickers into their classrooms.
 Assist with coordination and scheduling for the various CIT events including workshops, conferences,
technology road shows, New Faculty Orientation and other areas as needed.
 Collaborate with many departments on campus including Classroom Technology, Library Liaisons,
Training and Development, CIT Systems and R&D, CIT Media Services, Center for Faculty Innovation and
Media Resources to ensure technology enhances instructional objectives in the classroom.

SI International, Harrisonburg, VA May 2004 –June 2008

 Coordinate and conduct on-site open-house job fairs and college recruiting for start-up hiring of 100
engineering, scientific, and technical candidates for the SI International PGPUBS contract with the US
Patent and Trademark Office.
 Organize and deliver new hire orientation for all new employees in the Harrisonburg area as well as
telephonic orientations for remote locations.
 Responsible for Employee Relations and customer service for 140 on-site employees as well as 60
Harrisonburg employees.
 Manage 5 sub-contractor staffing agencies to ensure meeting staffing guidelines for the project.
 Full lifecycle recruiter responsible for staffing technical positions across two of the largest business units.
 Coordinated and conducted on-site open house job fair for start-up hiring of Texas Service Center Card
Destruction project to hire 35 employees in Dallas, TX.
 Facilitated yearly Respect and Sexual Harassment Training program to 150+ employees.
