Senior Instructional Technology Specialist
o Lead design and development of all e-learning, instructor-led training, and multimedia products for large-scale workforce
development programs reaching nearly 10,000 training participants annually—including new worker training and coaching
and leadership development series
o Drive innovation using digital tools—including Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Canvas and Moodle LMS, Vyond,
Powtoon, Canva, Kaltura, Padlet, Mentimeter, Piktochart, Snagit, Camtasia, H5P, Bitmoji, and Adobe Creative Suite
o Ensure exceptional learner experience in product design and development; align content with agreed-upon goals and
objectives to support stakeholder vision and close learning gaps
o Recruit and develop a full L&D team—including instructional design and content development supervisors, senior and
