FUNCTION
The excretion is the process in which humans rid
themselves of waste products and nitrogenous by
products of metabolism. Through excretion the
organisms control osmotic pressure the balance
between inorganic ions and water and maintain
acid-base balance.
HOW IT WORKS?
● Humans have two kidneys and each kidney is supplied with blood
from the renal artery. The kidneys remove from the blood the
nitrogenous wastes such as urea, as well as salts and excess water,
and excrete them in the form of urine.
ORGANS INVOLVED
● The excretory system have two groups of
organs because the human have 2 types of
wastes in the system to make urine the veins
and arteries pass through the kidneys who do
the work and then pass to the urethra then the
organs used to make excrement are first the
stomach process the food for pancreas and
liver then all the waste past to small intestine
here the waste just concentrate and pass to the
large intestine where the waste concentrate
more to go to the rectum and anus who are in
charge of expulse the wastes
