Interviewee : “Yes. Thank you.” HRD : “Well, now please tell me a little about your educational background?” Interviewee : “This year, I completed an internship. This provided me with the research skills necessary to be an electrical engineer.” HRD : “What made you interested in Department of Electro?” Interviewee : “I was attracted to electrical engineering studies because of the image you need to understand electricity. It makes the brain work and solves even everyday life problems much easier.” HRD : “What subjects do you study most?” Interviewee : “I often study about electronical materials like physics and electricity.” HRD : “What extra-activities did you join at university?” Interviewee : “In university, I was a member of my school's basketball team. Over time, I became the co-captain. I learned a lot from my time on this team and appreciate the experience I got working with everyone. I learned how to develop strategies and how to work cohesively as a unit. Beyond this, I still play basketball with my local team and coach my children's team too.” HRD : “Did you take any courses?” Interviewee : “No, I’m not.” HRD : “What course of study did you make the best and the poorest grades in?” Interviewee : “I had the best grades in physics and electricity courses, and I had the poorest grade in math courses.”
HRD : “Did you get scholarship when you studied at university?”
Interviewee : “No, I’m not.” HRD : “Any particular academic achievement that you are proud of?” Interviewee : “Yes, of course. Last year I was winning several electronical contest.” HRD : “How does your education qualify you for this job?” Interviewee : “Because I’m in major that related to this job.” HRD : “What was your Final Project?” Interviewee : “I’m writing about the important effect of electro to our life.” HRD : “Do you plan to go to graduate school?” Interviewee : “Yes, I do. I want to expand my knowledge and be useful person in the future.” HRD : “Describe your most rewarding college experience?” Interviewee : “It when I was got 1st place winning an electronical contest in my college.” HRD : “What aspect of your education applies to this position?” Interviewee : “Electronical engineer.” HRD : “What training have you received that qualifies you for this job?” Interviewee : “Some electronical training.” HRD : “What have you done outside the formal education to improve yourself?” Interviewee : “I’m joined some organization to improve myself.
