Everyone knows that improving the working environment is very important, but when and how? Let's
start with a small test, let employees freely share their feelings. At this point, when your employees talk
about work, colleagues, and company, will they come with a sunny face or a smile that disappears on
their lips? The answer is here.

If we go to work for a long time, we will have sympathy for colleagues, love for work, and love for the
company. However, invisible pressures, a smile on the face, tears in the heart, and reluctance to complete
tasks not only ruin the mood of the day but also affect mental health, even sleep.

I) Management of problem marketing occurs in the workplace between employee and boss
Boss: "I've never been a boss, so I don't understand the burden of being a manager"

Employee: "Then why did the boss who used to be an employee not understand our suffering"

Each side has its arguments, stemming from long-smoldering conflicts, finally like a drop of water, and
then the story ends with the end of each person in a place. Before becoming a manager, many people used
to stand in the position of employees, the more they understood the reasons for the breakups, leaving to
find new horizons. It can be because of pressure, disagreement, not seeing the future, or simply because
the fun is out.

When it comes to quitting, we often think that employees "say goodbye" to join a better place, a higher
salary, but in fact, anyone who goes to work does not want a high salary, respect, promotion, and self-
affirmation. . When looking at the problem from a different angle. Maybe you will find the answer, or the
solution to improve the working environment to please the big boss and the employees.

II) A case study in the real organization to analyze and give them the recommendation

Finding joy in going to work is a truth that everyone is aiming for, but in reality, not everyone is
successful. To have a superstructure, a solid infrastructure is needed first. Team building is similar.

1. Adaptation process for new employees at the company

According to research from the Association of Human Resource Management, up to 50% of employees
decide to quit after only 18 months of employment. For positions that pay hourly, this number is 4
months. Most of the reason comes from the failure to find common ground between individuals and
groups, difficult to stick together for a long time.

This shows that businesses need to pay attention to improving the working environment and building a
roadmap for newcomers. Although not all companies have enough human and financial resources to
invest in a multi-month roadmap, the first 2-8 weeks is a key period to integrate and learn the company
culture. Not everyone is confident and open enough to make friends, so actively create opportunities for
employees to network, not only within the team but also include other departmental personnel.

2. Professionalize the working environment

Today's young employees (Gen Y & Z) are a group that is often interested in expressing their personality
and imprinting themselves in the workplace. Let's create conditions for them to have the necessary space,
and freely decorate and display their area. A satisfying workplace will help us maintain interest, it will be
even better if the company is equipped with entertainment, rest, and fitness areas right at the Office. And,
Google is an example of it:

+ Google employees can relax and have fun right in the office, with a billiard table, rock climbing,
swimming pool, beach volleyball area, video games, football, tennis ...

+ There are washing machines and tumble dryers in Google's office. Even laundry detergent is free.

+ Exercise classes are free for all employees.

III) Conclusion: Challenges for Businesses

After the above preparation steps, instead of guessing and probing about employee satisfaction, you can
arrange a gentle conversation, and propose solutions to improve the working environment. Small
differences completely lead to big results, contributing to team cohesion, and reconciling individual
thinking and big goals.

Are you looking for a job with good pay, and a professional working environment? Instead of changing
the job, let's change the perspective for a better result
