Answer all questions in easy form

1) Assume you are a director at one international company. You are requiring to deliver one

important message to all your branches in all over the world. Suggest 3 effective communication

channel that you could use to deliver the message (10 marks).

• As a director of international company, effective communication channel that

important message I will deliver to my branches in all over the world by doing

virtual team meeting. This is because my company may have employees who

live across town or around the world and may need to rely on virtual team

meetings to complete their tasks. Furthermore, effective communication

channel is messaging app. It is because messaging app like Jabber and Slack,

as well as chatbots that engage with candidates and workers through

automation, may represent the future of workplace communication. Chat and

messaging applications are preferred by the next generation of employees over

traditional email. Last but not lease, effective communication channel that I

will use e-mail. As we know, an e-mail is electronic communication fast and

easy way to reach many employees at once. It may be best used when

information is urgent, such as in emergencies. E-mail communication presents

some difficulties because tone of voice and inflection are absent, making an
ironic or sarcastic remark appear rude or harsh, which may not be the

intended message.

2) You are having a teamwork problem in your company. Some of the department can’t work well

each other. As a Human Resource Manager, discuss 3 activities in your company that able to

strengthen teamwork among staff. (10 marks)

• As a Human Resource Manager, activity of company that able to strengthen

teamwork among staff is create motivational camps to identify clear

organizational goals. The company's long-term goals should be understood by

every team member. This guarantees that team initiatives are useful and

purpose-driven, with clear and objective goals, and that everyone on the team

is working in the same direction. Next, the activity can do to identify

communication problems among troubled employees is making counseling to

them. Conduct internal communication assessments. this may seem like a

strange way to improve teamwork, but remember that effective collaboration

cannot happen without effective communication. Overcome problems and

sources of communication fights in the organization. In this way, it will

proactively facilitate all employees to collaborate in the future. Last but not

least, another activity can do is role-based activity. To emphasise the

significance of focusing on one's individual part in attaining a team objective,

employees are assigned a clearly defined position inside a team-based task.


3) Some people said that organizational behavior is not important in organization. What so you say

about this statement?

• In my opinion, based on this statement is false. It is important in organization

because organizational behavior describes how people interact with one

another inside of an organization, such as a business. These interactions

subsequently influence how the organization itself behaves and how well it

performs. For businesses, organizational behavior is used to streamline

efficiency, improve productivity, and spark innovation to give firms a

competitive edge.
