Dear Sir,
Thank you for giving us opportunity to assist with the treatment of your industrial effluent by using
Stripper Column with MEE followed by ATFD. Based on the provided inputs, we are submitting
proposal for 50 KLPD effluent treatment system. Feed rate of 2500kg/hr with initial TDS of 3 -�Jo
(w/w) & COD 8% (w/w)
Kindly Note the Following Points:
1. Following unit operations are selected for Zero Liquid Discharge System. c/

2. The System is designed for 3 bar (g) of steam. ,//


3. Supply of utilities like Cooling Tower with fan & pumps, Power, Boiler & associated piping's are
in client scope. c//

4. Steam supply line within battery limits shall be considered in KEP scope. 3 Nos steam control
valve and 1 No steam flow meter is included in KEP scope
5. Standby Pump are considered in Stripper Column.

COST & ECONOMICS


Here we have expressed the commercial aspect of the Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Erection and
Commissioning of Zero Liquid Discharge system as per the Technical Specification and Scope of work
declared in the preceding clauses or points.
PRICE FOR KEP SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

Notes:
1. Required structure is 35 MT. For GI structure rate is Rs 95 per kg (Includes, design, fabrication,
supply and erection)
TERMS AND CONDITION
Delivery:
We will deliver the equipment within 3 Months from the date of receipt of technically and
commercially clear purchase order along with requisite advance.
The delivery period indicated above is subject to force major conditions stipulated below and also
subject to buyer fulfilling his obligations in time as per contract.
Approvals of drawings/design calculations, if any, should be given within 7 days of submission. In the
event the work is delayed on account of the above reasons, the completion time shall be suitably
extended.
Supervision:
Travelling expenses from Hyderabad to site, lodging, boarding and local conveyance during erection
and commission for our team shall be arranged by client.
Payment Terms:

(a) 50 % advance along with technically and commercially clear purchase order.
(b) 45 % payment against proforma Invoice along with the Taxes.
(c) 05 % against successful completion of commissioning within 15 days.
Taxes:
GST: 18%
Proposal Validily:
The offer is valid for 30 days.
Insurance:
Transit insurance will be paid by Client.
Transportation:
Transportation will be paid by Client.
Packing:
Packing included in KEP Scope. Any Standard of packing is required then client need to specify before
order finalization.
Completion:
Erection, Commissioning and handing over of the plant shall be construed as completed as detailed
below:
Commissioning:
The plant shall be considered as commissioned on attaining the required rate of evaporation for
maximum 3 runs/cycles jointly witnessed/demonstrated. Minor corrections, modifications like
leakages, component rectification, etc. not affecting commissioning shall be completed later.
Buyer shall also engage personnel's required to operate and run the plant continuously, as per the
instruction of the seller. During this process it is important for these personnel to get trained in the
operation of the plant.
In case the buyer is not able to provide effluent for a period of 1 month then system considered to be
commission. Due change in the effluent characteristic as that of design then seller will not be
responsible for performance of the system. We can study and conclude that changes in effluent,
system capacity can be increased or decrease.Overall efficiency of the system is+-5%.
]-land over:
The plant shall be considered as handed over to client once the commissioning runs/cycles have been
completed as referred above.
Guarantee/ Warran tee:

The equipment supplied is guaranteed for:


(i) a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
(ii) start of regular operation of the plant.
(iii) 18 months from the date oflast major supply, whichever is the earliest of the three events.
Equipment Guarantee is valid against defective workmanship and /or poor performance of the system
only. Our liability is limited to repair or replace the defective / non performing items at our discretion.
Equipment Guarantee is not valid for claims relating to routine / normal wear and tear. Also supply of
consumables and spares for regular operation of the system is not in our scope nor is covered by any
Guarantee / Warrantee.
The guarantee is also subject to following conditions:
1. Buyer is adhering to instructions as mentioned in system performance warranty annexure.
2. Buyer is using spare parts and consumables recommended by us.
3. Buyer is taking care of preventive maintenance as suggested by us.
4. Buyer is maintaining operation and maintenance data / records/ logs sheets and the same is
made available whenever asked for by us. Normally we recommend sending records every 15
days by courier or e-mail to us.
5. Chemicals and consumables required for day to day operation are not covered under the
Guarantee/Warrantee.
6. Steam pressure shall not be increased more than the design pressure in any case. In case of any
damage due to the same will be bared by Client. DCS recorded to be provided for any claim.
Security and storage:
Proper storage to be provided for the equipment's and other supply. Incase of any loss or damage of
the equipment's supplied by KEP shall be compensated by the client
Excess material:
Balance material and equipment after Hydrotest to be return to KEP.
Statutory Variation:
Any change in Govt., duties levies, taxes or policies having direct effect on our above quoted prices
will be at buyers account for which documentary evidence will be submitted on request.
