Hence, we observe this as a serious issue, and violation of contract requirement. We also understand that the management of the contractor including, key technical and supervision team is responsible for the slow progress of permanent road reinstatement. Therefore, you are advised to prepare the schedule for reinstatement RDA, PRDA & PS roads separately and send to PMU within a week time. Also, you are advised to coordinate with all sub teams and asphalt suppliers so that bulk quantities of asphalt and concrete could be supplied for road reinstatement works as the asphalt suppliers need sufficient day demand for plant operations, We wish to draw your attention to the meeting we had with CE (RDA) regarding the RDA issues regarding the road condition after pipe laying.
