We noticed that three locations of Karaduwawala road were eroded immediately after the completion of pipe laying along the canal bank as shown in Annex 01. The damages in those specific locations could be the result of pipe laying work done in an unsafe condition Therefore, you are strictly advised to provide adequate bank protection for these locations as early as possible in order to protect the canal bank from future damages.
