1. Describe how they interact with teachers and other adults.
The thing I like almost to the students in gadgaran is they are all polite to
their students. They always greet the students and student teachers with
matching wear of their beautiful smile. All of them are well friendly and
respectful it only show their holistic development are well good.
2. Note how they also interact with peers. What do they talk about? What
are their concerns?
In every students they had a peer group in a school. The girls is always
separate peers from group. We cannot take bullying in every rooms instead
we should minimize it. They always keep talking about games and the lesson
they had yesterday, their concern always is the break time and how they
should escape and walk outside the school.
Emotional
1. Describe the emotional disposition or temperament of the learners.

1. Describe their ability to use words to communicate their ideas. Note their
language proficiency.
They clearly communicate using the language of instruction, they used
sh
words that very familiar to them. They can formulate sentences that can
be used for effective communication but still there are some students who
had a language barrier since they prefer talking tagalog than english.
Most of them had the proficiency in English they used this language
during their reporting and discussion.
2. Describe how they figure out things. Do they comprehend easily? Look for
evidence of their thinking skills.
Comprehension with these students are not yet mastered. There are some
question which is used context clues that answerable in the board still
they cant figure out the answer. In terms of reading yes they are fast but
comprehension are lacking, they just like an elementary reciting a poem.
3. Were their opportunities for problem solving? Describe how did they show
problem solving abilities.

More boys in the class are math wizard than the girls. They had the
arithmetic skills can answer problem using the dictation method. All of
them are participating in board work activity. Some of the students are
not coping up but in the help of teachers a guidance can be given.
Record the data you gathered about the learner’s characteristics and
needs in this matrix. This will allow you to compare the characteristics and
needs of learners at different levels. The items under each domain are by no
means exhaustive. These are just sample indicators. You may add other
aspects which you may have observed.

As a teacher we should also aware of our students specially on what area
they excel, we should also offer activities which
varied on the types of learners inside the school. As a teacher also we should
properly facilitate and enhanced on what intelligence they had. We are just a
mentor for them.
