This conversation took place between a manager who was interviewing a

prospective new employee, starting with asking some questions about
accounting
A : Are you new here?
B : Yes a i just started yesterday
A : Welcome, i'm .... and I'm here as a financial manager, I hope we can help
each other in matters of work
B : I'm ... Nice to meet you too
A : Have you worked in finance before?
B : Yes I have, Previously, I worked in a bank cooperative
A : Wow very nice
B : Have you ever worked in finance before working here?
A : Yes I used to work in a cafe and I was placed as a cashier
B : Ohh okay, that means you already have experience, then I will test you to
calculate the expenses and income of this company
A : And don't forget to print it, and give it to me
B : Ok fine
A few moments later after finishing calculating income and expenses
A : This is the result of the calculation of the company's income and expenses,
please check if it is balanced or not
B : Ok I'll check
A : The results are good and balanced, please continue working
B : Okay thank you
Abstract: This paper can be used as a reference if you want to try to apply for a

Foreword: In today’s era,large companies when interviewing prospective

workers, have started to use english. Don’t know what its porpose how much
english they use. Because, to work with foreigners, we shold speak a language
that they understand. Yes, english international language.
When conduction an interview, try the tips below:
1. Don’t feel nervous/panic. Avoid this attitude, because it can’t distrupt
your conversation.
2. One time. This can show how disciplined your are when you are
accepted at the company
3. Use good and correct language. The interviewer will assesee your
speech. Never ever you speak too short or too long
4. Dress neatly. Nowadays,people will judge their outward appearance
first.

No: a lot of income and expenditure activities every month
Date: the date on wich each entry and exit occurs.
Descrition: detail of entry activities and expenses.
Debit: income
Credit: expenses
2. For the balance column, we will use a combination of IF, OR, and SUM
formulaas in Excel to calculate our saving balance automatically.
