M: My name is Merly Hernandez Suarez and I am an accountant, I recently finished my

accounting studies at the UTP of Chiclayo. Throughout my training I have reinforced my
spirit of teamwork, initiative and involvement in tasks, as well as my knowledge of
languages. I also had the opportunity to develop my first work experiences through
internships in different companies, the details of which you will find in the Curriculum

A: What is your greatest strength?

M: First of all, I have an excellent command of mathematics. Likewise, I have an acute

capacity for analysis, I am very organized, I know how to work under pressure, I know how
to work in a team, I consider myself a creative, responsible person and above all.

A: What is your greatest weakness?

M: I consider one of my weaknesses to be too much of a perfectionist and sometimes I can't

control my anxiety.

A: Why should we hire you?

M: Because I have to manage the financial life of your company, giving a clear and precise
order of activities, resources, expenses and income so that your organization works
effectively and efficiently. Also, I can prepare, analyze and interpret the financial
statements of the company.

A: Why do you want to work for us?

M: Because I am very interested in joining the Finance Department of your company, since
I am trained and have the skills to develop different tasks, especially in the areas of finance
and accounting.

A: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

M: In five years, I see myself creating my own accounting firm

A: How do you handle stress and pressure?

M: In fact, I work better under pressure and enjoy working in a challenging environment.
