PERSONAL IDENTITY
1. Would you like to tell me about yourself ?
Good morning ma'am, first of all I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to
take part in the interview session today. Let me introduce myself, my name is Nur Annisa,
usually called Ann, I graduated from Airlangga University, Faculty of Business and Economics,
majoring in accounting. I currently live in Muara Baru, North Jakarta. During my studies, I was
active in organizations and was a committee member at campus events, and apart from that,
I also took part in several trainings outside. campus to develop my skills to become a
professional accountant. The hope is that I will be given the opportunity to fill this
accounting staff position and be able to implement what I have learned so that I can make a
good contribution to the progress of the Company.

EXPLORING YOUR WEAKNESS AND YOUR STRENGTH

2. A. What is your weakness and your strength?
I admit that I am a perfectionist, this perfectionist makes me easily feel afraid if the results of
my work are not good enough. After realizing this, I have tried to appreciate every positive
result that I achieve and focus on the process, not just the final result.
The advantages are that I am a disciplined person, especially regarding time and regulations,
I am also a person who is full of responsibility so I can complete tasks on time and be careful
about every little thing and can communicate well and work together in a team.

B. What will you do if you work under pressure?

I will try to stay calm and do a simple meditation for five minutes between work so I can
refocus and break down big tasks into small tasks so they don't feel overwhelming besides
that I will as for help from team members, colleagues, or superior.

C. How do you handle the problem ?

I can be stressed if I am given a task with a short timeline, therefore I take the initiative to
discuss with my superior to make a realistic work plan and sequence tasks according to the
priority scale.

Previously, I interned at the Agung Sarana Persada Company, a company that operates in the
field of children's toy services. There I was guided in filling in company data such as tax
invoices and goods delivery letters, inputting coin sales and inputting tax invoices to making
company financial reports and closing each final balance. the month. Within 6 months I
gained good experience which was very beneficial for myself and the company. I was also
guided to become a good, disciplined and responsible employee.
 B. Reason for leaving previous job.
Because at the previous company I was only an intern, not a permanent employee of the
company, therefore I applied for a new job to continue my career and use the skills I had
obtained from the previous company according to the qualifications I had.

4. A. Why are you interested in working here?
Because before I submitted this job application letter, I had done research where this
company has a good reputation and the work culture here is also very good, so I think this
company is the right place for me to develop and contribute to this company, I also have the
skills with the position I applied for which I felt was suitable to fill the needs in this company.

B. What do you know about this company?

PT Duta Mas is a company engaged in the production and distribution of spiring beds where
this company is currently opening job vacancies on the website, especially in the field of
accounting to carry out daily and monthly bookkeeping in accordance with accounting
standards and create company financial reports.

Because this position is very relevant to the skills and experience that I have so I can be sure
that with my skills and experience in the field of accounting I can make a good contribution

6. How much salary do you want to earn ?
I am very grateful to you for giving me the opportunity to discuss compensation from the
results of the research I have carried out on skills and industry standards. In accordance with
the position I want to apply for, I want to receive compensation in the range of 5 million to 8
million rupiah, nominal. This is in line with my financial expectations. I hope you are willing
