The unethical practice in a business that I’ve experienced was when I and my family were in
Goodtaste Centermall, and we ordered a family meal, we got there earlier before the other customers and
ordered first, but then after a few minutes we are already wondering why the other customers have their
food already while we don’t have ours still, so we waited and instead think that we have a lot of orders
that’s why it’s taking so long, after an hour and a half, we tried to follow up our order because its too long
to wait already. My parents decided to approach the manager of the goodtaste and tell her why our order
took so long while the other get theirs. The staff said that they lost the order receipt that’s why the cook
staff is not making our order, we rant that why they didn’t even double-check it or even instead ask for
our order again. We got frustrated and change our restaurant location. In that situation, they should
already learn from their mistake and the managers or boss should manage that kind of situation because
there is one thought that a business remembers, “Don’t make your customers wait for customer service.”
