Social Media Senior Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Senior Specialist, to transform
the stories of brand into content and to create connections between our
brand and people on social media channels.
As our Social Media Senior Specialist, you are responsible for joining relevant
conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by
providing support to current and prospective customers.

Part of our purpose driven enthusiastic team,, your main responsibilities will
be focused on:
•Creating and optimizing content for our Facebook, Tik-Tok, Instagram and
YouTube channels, thus expanding our social media footprint
•Constantly researching and evaluating the latest trends and tactics, in
order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
•Tracking KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve our presence and
following in social media.
•Managing the Editorial Calendar of each monthly Campaign (what goes in,
when it should happen), to ensure control and consistency over publication
of content across different media channels.
•Being permanently connected to our business, taking part in product
launches, events, using our tools and every opportunity the create content
and real-time marketing.

You will have the tools and support that you need, including beautiful global
assets to adapt and play with.

What you should bring is:

•3-5 years of experience on a similar role (if in Beauty, FMCG or Fashion
industries even better)
•Solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to
optimize content so that it’s engaging
•Organizing skills, behind all the beauty, making sure that what should
happen happens when it should.
•Experience in a Media Agency would be a plus
•Also, some photo editing skills would come in handy, but they are not a must
