This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from home or at any of our locations across
North America. Your primary responsibilities will involve answering and making calls to
prospective and current customers, addressing their hybrid work needs. It's a 100% phone-
based position where you collaborate with businesses to comprehend their hybrid working
objectives and provide suitable services or customized solutions.
Success in this role hinges on achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, consistently
outperforming daily metrics, and handling rejection with resilience. Managing a pipeline is a
crucial aspect, requiring great organizational and time management skills.

Your dedication will extend to reactivating inactive clients, offering solutions aligned with their
current needs, and ensuring a positive client journey. Achieving monthly sales goals, coupled
with a strong work ethic and tenacity, is pivotal. Additionally, you'll focus on obtaining referrals,
up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Work life balance: schedule options.

• Full Time Four 10hour days of your choice beginning at 8AM Central Time Monday - Friday
• Full Time Mid-morning shifts beginning at 9AM Central Time Monday-Friday
• Full Time Three 9.5hour days of your choice Monday -Friday and Saturday-Sunday 9AM-3PM
Central Time
• Part Time Friday mid-morning shifts beginning at 9AM Central Time (8hrs) and Saturday-
Sunday 9AM-3PM Central Time (12hrs) 20hrs Total

What we are looking for…?

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management


• Excellent customer orientation and proven negotiation skills
• Strong appetite for learning and are keen on turning training and feedback into action and
continuous self-improvement.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Proven ability to Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and
hunter mentality are key.
• Experience managing a pipeline of clients questions and overcoming customer objections and
rejection
• Confident in navigating between numerous tabs, multiple screens, and using video conferencing
tools
• Organized, adaptable and can think on your feet
