1. Specific:

a. What do I want to accomplish?

I wish to pursue a career in analytics. After a lot of experience in the IT industry, I realize that I need to have technical knowledge as well as
build my analytical abilities.

b. Why do I want to accomplish this?

Because Artificial Intelligence will automate much employment in the future. However, to make the most effective and efficient business
decisions, business analytics will always play a critical role.

c. What are the requirements?

5. Creation of Reports and Dashboards
6. Documentation and Presentation

d. What are the constraints?

Technology progresses at a rapid rate, making it difficult to grasp and adapt to modern technology. E.g., Present trending technologies are
Power BI, AWS.

2. Measurable:

a. How will I measure my progress?

To develop myself I have enrolled in a Postgraduate course in Marketing and Research Analytics, at Centennial College. Meanwhile, I am
working on many certifications which will help to boost my knowledge.

b. How will I know when the goal is accomplished?

When I acquire a position at my dream company, I'll know I've completed my goal. However, I will not stop there.

3. Achievable:
a. How can the goal be accomplished?

By making a written commitment to the goal, we are committing to it. To reach our objectives, we must work on ourselves by developing our
technical and behavioral skills.

b. What are the logical steps I should take?

To complete it, we must develop a series of tasks. Start immediately to work on those goals.
4. Relevant:

a. Is this a worthwhile goal?

It’s my career and yes, it is a worthwhile goal.

b. Is this the right time?

It is the perfect time to start my career.

c. Do I have the necessary resources to accomplish this goal?

Yes, I have enough resources to accomplish my goal.

d. Is this goal in line with my long-term objectives?

Yes, it is my long-term goal since I want to build a consulting firm in the future, and I am already working on it.

5. Time-Bound

a. How long will it take to accomplish this goal?

Starting a consultancy is my long-term goal and I don’t have a specific time to accomplish it.

b. When is the completion of this goal due?

This objective will be met when I begin my consulting business.

c. When am I going to work on this goal?

I am currently working on my goal.
