Worksheet: Personal Brand Exercise
1. Define yourself and your reputation.

I consider myself to be both resourceful and ambitious. Without the assistance of teammates, I discover
answers, get creative, and solve difficulties. I know when to seek assistance and I don't keep silent when
I do. But when it is feasible to manage something without taking up other people's time, I do it and
consider myself extremely excellent at it. I enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment like this.
I'm searching for tech employment right now because I want to work on huge, significant projects and
push myself. I prefer to seek out learning chances, and I'm not afraid to fail and struggle as part of the
learning process. The IT business is the ideal location to achieve this right now, and I conducted some
research and believed the work atmosphere here seemed like a good fit for my personality.

2. Consult previous activities and list your hard and soft skills

Soft skills:
 work ethic,
 organization,
 communication,
 collaboration, and leadership.
Hard skills:
 Gathering Software Requirements
 Marketing Skills
 IT Skills

3. What sets you apart from other workers?

I’ve had nearly four years of experience working on similar projects, so I know what problems are going
to arise on time prevent them from happening — saving the team time and energy to work on higher-
value tasks.

Additionally, I’ve shown the ability to take control of a project and make sure the team delivers tasks on
time and within budget. I created such detailed project plans in my time. I used to create a department-
wide template for all future project proposals, action plans, and other project-related documents. That
ended up boosting the productivity of teams outside of my own, and it felt good to contribute to the
company more broadly.
