Update on weekly research/tasks achieved

Points to consider:
• What have you completed?
I completed the project's goals and classified the impact of talent management on
employee success at Coca-Cola.
• Did you fulfil task requirements?
YES.
• Are you on track and within deadlines set?
YES.
• Did you need to make any changes to your project management plan?
NO.

Any risks and/or issues identified?

Points to consider:
• Did you identify risks/issues with a lack of skills required for undertaking
research/tasks?
Of course, I have a hard time deciding on subjects, designing survey questions, and
locating tools. But, with the aid of friends, I was able to conquer them.
• Did you identify any additional risks/issues that have an impact on the project
management plan?
One of the risks that directly impact the schedule, in my view, is managing the right
time to get things done on time. If the job ahead of you isn't done on time, it will eat
into the time you have to finish the work behind you, impacting the end result.

Problems encountered

Points to consider:
• What barriers did you face?
The challenges I face in completing this mission are evaluating the data and designing
survey questions because it takes me a long time.
• How did you overcome them?
To get around these hurdles, I've tried to use more information sources.

New ideas and change of project direction

Points to consider:

• In developing work, addressing risks/issues, has the direction of your work

changed?

YES.

• How does your work justify the change of direction? Is this clear?

Only the effects of talent management on Coca- cola employees' productivity, as

well as common issues faced by Coca-Cola employees when beginning tasks,
have been established. However, as part of the company's talent management
policy, I wanted to include relevant suggestions. When looking at and assessing
a company's talent management.

• Do you feel this change of direction has enhanced your work? How?

This transition has changed my job dramatically and providing feedback to the
organization enables me to have a deeper understanding of the project. It is
important to simply define the problem, as well as potential solutions and
responses.

What have you learned about yourself through your work?

Points to consider:

• What are the most important things that your work has revealed to you? How
might this learning apply in the future?

Managing the job to reach deadlines is a vital aspect of task completion. It taught
me time management and how to prevent procrastination. I can use it to
complete tasks easily and efficiently.

• How did you feel when you had to deal with challenges/problems?

When I have to deal with stuff, I am usually nervous and uneasy. I try to solve
them in every way I can.

• How well do you feel you have performed?

I believe I have made some important contributions to the project's completion.

• What can you improve?

I can better handle my time and develop my analytical and decision-making

abilities.

Next steps for your work

Points to consider:

• What aspects of your work should you prioritise?

Since I am not good at these, I believe I should make data collection and analysis
a priority.

• Have you allowed sufficient time for completion?

YES.
Project plan status to date

Points to consider:

• Do you feel you are on track to complete your work on time? If not, how will
you address this?

YES.

• Do you feel your work shows your achievement of the Learning Outcomes? If
not, what do you need to do?

YES.
