 NEXT GENERATION ICT AND INTERNET
Abstract:
Current dynamic developments in Information
Communications Technologies (ICT) combined
with continuous demand for the ubiquitous
connectivity combined with the next generation
of networks contributes towards creation the
future Internet infrastructures worldwide. The
current Web 2.0 combined with the 3D
Telepresence, Internet2 and Semantic Web
Technologies provide support to creation of
cyber driven dynamic content creation, retrieval
and analysis. Decisions that are currently
governed by the human intelligence knowledge
and intuition may be influenced by the cyber-
data and processes. Next Generation ICT and
future Internet will ultimately impact the
decision making processes by government,
corporate, industrial and academic institutions
worldwide.
The author discusses the development of new
Information Communications Technologies
(ICT) in the areas of e-Learning, e-Health, e-
Government, e-Journalism, etc. Implementation
of the future Internet in the government and
corporate infrastructures, contributes towards
creation of new paradigm in the decision making
processes. In conclusion the author promotes
creation of interdisciplinary team of experts to
support dynamic development and innovation of
next generation of ICT and Internet worldwide.

experience as a professional engineer and consultant.

European Federation of Engineers and credited by the
Ontario Society of Professional Engineers and APEG
in British Columbia in Canada.
He is Fellow of British Computer Society, Fellow of
Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts,
Manufactures and Commerce in UK, Nominated
Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and
Technology, Chair of the IEEE Vancouver Ethics,
Professional and Conference Committee, Mentor and
Senior Member of IEEE and ACM, member of
American Society for Engineering Education
(ASEE), American Mathematical Association (AMA)
and Mathematical Society of America (MSA).
Professor Babulak’s speaks 14 languages and his
biography was cited in the Cambridge Blue Book,
Cambridge Index of Biographies and number of
issues of Who’s Who.
