Task list
Visit Operator to collect fax & phone messages
Visit AM office to get information for No-show, Cancellation, extension and payment
Check and handle emails and faxes
Give 1st priority to Urgent email & fax (bookings for the same day or the next 3 days)
Check bookings from Holidex
Prepare and check bookings for next day's arrival
Handover booking to AM
Take lunch break
Pending item check
Handle emails & faxes
Make weekly report (only on Sunday)
Check group name, ETA & ETD, transportation
Update rooming list in the system.
Group rooming list should be update at least 7 days prior to arrival date
Ensure rate code, market segmentation, source of booking are correct
Cross check information input in Delphil and PMS
Check bookings from Holidex again
Handover to next day V4/A0 shift by mentioning things in the logbook

+ Print previous day room pick-up report
+ Arrival report, Departure information, current day occupied room and % occupancy
Check and handle emails and faxes
Give 1st priority to Urgent email & fax (bookings for the same day or the next 3 days)
Check bookings from Holidex
Take lunch break
Handle emails & faxes
Pending item check
Handle competitor check (price, special offers) for current day, next 30 days and next 90 days
Check room status for 3 months
Daily report to manager

TA prepayment for 7 days & 3 days
Check group name, ETA & ETD, transportation
