Employee Referral Scheme
ELIGIBILITY:
• All people sent through Referral policy should clear the Interview and
possess the required Qualification for the position applied.
Introduction: It is a social security benefit for the future of employees after he retires or for his dependents in case of his
permanent disablement or early death. Employer Contribution :

Employee Estate Insurance Corporation - ESIC
Eligibility: All Employees drawing Gross Salary upto Rs.21000/- per month
Every employee shall be issued a temporary ESI Identity card which is valid up to
3 months.
Before completion of 3 months every employee will get permanent ESI Photo
Identity card.
Note : It is compulsory to produce valid ESI card for getting any benefit under ESI
scheme.

ESI Benefit’s
Sickness Benefit: This is a monetary benefit given by the ESI Corporation. Insured person seeking this benefit should
have contributed for at least half the number of days in the relevant contribution period. During this period
approximately 60% of wages is paid.
Dependent’s Benefit: If an employee covered under ESI dies due to an accident on duty his / her dependents will
get the following pension benefit. Pension to his two elder children till completion of 18 years of age.
Disablement Benefit: If an employee covered under ESI is disabled due to an accident on duty he will get 75% of
wages (approximately) as long as the disablement lasts (in case of temporary disablement). In case of permanent
disablement he will get pension for life.
Maternity Benefits: A female employee who is covered under ESI is eligible for Maternity Benefit, which is 24 weeks
leave with approximately full wages. In case of miscarriage 6 weeks leave is provided & any sickness arising out of
pregnancy then additional one-month leave is provided after medical advice. The female employee should have
contributed for at least 80 days in one or two contribution periods
Funeral Benefit: In case an employee dies while in service actual funeral expenses subject to a maximum of
Rs.15, 000/- is paid to the dependent.

Cashless Hospitalization
Cashless hospitalization means the Administrator may authorize upon a Policyholder’s request for direct settlement of eligible services and it’s
according charges between a Network Hospital and the Administrator. In such case the Administrator will directly settle all eligible amounts with the
Network Hospital and the Insured Person may not have to pay any deposits at the commencement of the treatment or bills after the end of treatment
to the extent as these services are covered under the Policy.
