EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Fantasy scoop is a standard liquid nitrogen ice cream making company that will be based in
Karachi Pakistan. It will be a partnership based business. Fantasy Scoop Nitrogen Ice Cream,
Inc. is a custom-order ice cream shop that uses liquid nitrogen to flash freeze ice cream,
instead of the traditional churn method.

Our process produces a smoother, fresher, more flavorful, individualized bowl of ice cream,
that will leave our customers satisfied and yearning for more. We have put plans in place to
also sell our franchise and offer consultancy services in line with our area of business.

As a company, we are willing to go the extra mile to invest in some of the finest professionals
we can find in and around Karachi and also, we have set plans to acquire the best of
equipment for our production plant. Our cold – rooms (Freezers) are customized to fit into the
kind of ideas we have of how a first – class ice cream production business should look like.

When it comes to hygiene and proper packaging, we have put plans, process and structures in
place that will ensure that we are always at the top of game. We have been able to secure
permits from all relevant departments in Karachi.

Our plan is to position Fantasy Scoop Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream, Inc. to become the leading
brand in the ice cream production industry in the whole of Pakistan and also to be amongst
the top 5 liquid nitrogen ice cream production brand in the Pakistan within the first 10 years
of starting our business.

This might look too tall a dream but we are optimistic that this will surely come to pass
because we have done our research and feasibility studies and we are confident that Karachi
is the right place to launch this type of business before spreading to other cities all across the
Pakistan.

There is hardly any customer that will taste any of our products who would not want to come
back and make more purchase.

dairy products. We use dry chips for smoke effect and a secret ingredient which helps our ice cream

Niche relates with the work or business you are doing on a right way if you have an
organization which sells any products.they should have to took stand or own their product. As
it’s in our case we have our own ice cream parlors so we don’t have to sell any other product
in it. As its reputation goes down and people will be less interested to buy “our product” and
your competitor will give us tough time on those days so the thing is to keep your product in
your hands and make its popular locally so the rate of people will attract towards to your
product and they will automatically recommend it everyone. So you can gain more popularity
among the country and then it’s globally know product.

As it’s an early start-up so we can open it locally so we have clear analysis about our product
to boost our productivity in many areas.

The market strategy is depended upon your competitor and product as-well so according to
the niche of the product is to simply depend upon the swot analysis as far as we know our

We are not producing our ice cream we are purchasing from xyz suppliers, at the cost of 2500
per 10 liters of ice cream.

We are opening our shop on Burns road on rent at their main food street.

communication, and reviewing.

We are opening a partnership business. We are a team of 5 members, we all are employee at
our shop and other employees we need for our business will be hired through interviews.

Our all staff members are very hard worker and talented and they have their own skills in
different manners.

Whenever any customer comes in our shop, firstly he or she place their order on the cashier
desk than they get computerize slip of their order and then they will get their order through
their slips. This all process will be recorded and monitored by our accounted.

FINISH GOODS:

We take readymade ice cream from the local vendors and then we add our customization
according to customer demand and the uniqueness of our ice cream is smoke with different
colors with the use of nitrogen gas and flavor which grab our customer.

Suppliers:

We will purchase ice cream from local venders in wholesale rate. And then we add some our
smoky effect with different colors and also a cooling effect which gives the ice cream the
texture which will melt slowly.

Also we customize the ice cream according to customer need.

We required full payment from customers to avoid any doubtful debts.

We take our inventers from suppliers on hand.
