Leadership Characteristics
For many of us in today's world, Steve Jobs' life story is well-known. Founded Apple
in his garage, was fired from the company, established his reputation in other reputable
businesses, attracted attention from a struggling Apple, and miraculously turned the business
around so that it became one of the most prosperous businesses of the time after being on the
verge of bankruptcy. Many people have tried to learn from his leadership style, but many
haven't been able to grasp the key idea that it outlines: that there isn't a single ideal model of
leadership that, if used, would ensure success. (Talat & Chang, 2019)
All entrepreneurs must possess entrepreneurial traits. The list of traits that define a
successful entrepreneur is strikingly similar to the qualities that Steve Jobs claimed were
necessary to motivate someone to launch their own business. In his opinion, having these
qualities and traits was necessary and crucial if one wanted to encourage aspiring
entrepreneurs to pursue their own business goals. Jobs understood from his business success
that even with good ideas, not everyone could succeed as an entrepreneur. (Talat & Chang,
2019)
It was almost a given that they would become entrepreneurs if you gave them all of
these traits and qualities. Vision, optimism, grit, new ideas, leadership abilities, risk-taking,
and products, goal orientation, and the capacity to inspire others have all been found to be
Steve Jobs was a successful businessman who was well-known for his capacity for
inspiring and motivating others. He was well known for building successful businesses and
creating ground-breaking products like the iPod and iPhone. Steve Jobs exhibited ten
leadership traits that were well-known in the field. Through inspiration and empathy, his
vision appears to be able to guide people finished a situation never considered before. His

management style creates a stimulating work environment for all employees, making Apple
an impressive organization that strives to lead and advance other businesses, particularly the
