Leadership Characteristics

For many of us in today's world, Steve Jobs' life story is well-known. Founded Apple

in his garage, was fired from the company, established his reputation in other reputable

businesses, attracted attention from a struggling Apple, and miraculously turned the business

around so that it became one of the most prosperous businesses of the time after being on the

verge of bankruptcy. Many people have tried to learn from his leadership style, but many

haven't been able to grasp the key idea that it outlines: that there isn't a single ideal model of

leadership that, if used, would ensure success. (Talat & Chang, 2019)

All entrepreneurs must possess entrepreneurial traits. The list of traits that define a

successful entrepreneur is strikingly similar to the qualities that Steve Jobs claimed were

necessary to motivate someone to launch their own business. In his opinion, having these

qualities and traits was necessary and crucial if one wanted to encourage aspiring

entrepreneurs to pursue their own business goals. Jobs understood from his business success

that even with good ideas, not everyone could succeed as an entrepreneur. (Talat & Chang,

2019)

It was almost a given that they would become entrepreneurs if you gave them all of

these traits and qualities. Vision, optimism, grit, new ideas, leadership abilities, risk-taking,

and products, goal orientation, and the capacity to inspire others have all been found to be

essential qualities in an entrepreneur. (Liu et al., 2019)

Steve Jobs was a successful businessman who was well-known for his capacity for

inspiring and motivating others. He was well known for building successful businesses and

creating ground-breaking products like the iPod and iPhone. Steve Jobs exhibited ten

leadership traits that were well-known in the field. Through inspiration and empathy, his

vision appears to be able to guide people finished a situation never considered before. His

management style creates a stimulating work environment for all employees, making Apple

an impressive organization that strives to lead and advance other businesses, particularly the

iPod and the Mac Computer. (Liu et al., 2019)
