PIP Policy

We have a very extensive BDT program where as a trainee, you are trained extensively on our
various products, sales process etc.

Considering the fact that all new Associates come from the 6 week BDT program, we have a bare

minimum revenue expectation in the first two months as an Associate.

For new Sales Associates joining the company after completion of the BDT Program:

● The company expects a bare minimum revenue of Rs. 1 Lakh by the end of first
month and Rs. 2.5 Lakh by the end of the first two months
● Associates with revenue achievement of less than Rs. 1 lakh by the end of their first
month or Rs. 2.5 Lakh by the end of their first 2 months may not be put into the
Performance Improvement Program (PIP)
● For such Associates, their performance would be evaluated by the concerned Sales
Head along with the HRBP and appropriate action would be taken, including
separation without PIP

For all Sales Associates with more than 3 months of sales experience, the company would be
reviewing and evaluating the Quarterly Revenue Assessment (QRA) for the last 12 weeks every
month.
● The ‘Performance Improvement Program’ is, thus, a monthly process
● The age-category of the Sales Associates for this calculation would be considered as
per the Sales Associates’ age as on the start date of the Performance Review Period
● Those at an achievement of 50% to 75% of the minimum revenue expectation
would be put on a 4 Week Performance Improvement Program with appropriate
targets.
● Please note that the Performance Improvement Program is not applicable for
Associates who achieve below 50% of the minimum revenue expectation. For such
Associates, their performance would be evaluated by the concerned Sales-Headalong
with the HRBP and appropriate action would be taken, including separation without
PIP.

While every effort will be made to coach and enable you to achieve your targets during the
‘Performance Improvement Program’, those who do not achieve the targets may not be able to
continue in the Sales Associate role. Also, any relapse into the ‘Performance Improvement
Program’ within 6 months from the date of completion of an earlier performance improvement
program will invite separation.

*If an employee comes into PIP three times, he/she might be separated out of the
organization without having a chance to serve the PIP.

Please note that these ‘Performance Improvement Program’ benchmarks (75% of minimum
revenue expectations) are only for continuing in the Sales Associate role. Career growth
prospects would require the performance to be well above the minimum benchmark.
