Training timetable:
• 90 Minutes of Training per day-either after or before shifts The Training curriculum is flexible, we propose

The Value Proposition:
4- Alternative to contractual workers & temporary staffing while being 100% labour law compliant:
• Provides an alternate to temping where stipend is routed through Medhavi Skills which also mobilizes, trains & manages pay roll.
• Replace contract workers on shop floor and supplement the apprenticeship program without any restriction on numbers of students
(10% rule) who can continue as student trainees for 2 years.
