Navigating the Windows User Interface
1) Press a key to open the privacy shade then, if necessary, click the icon
representing your comouter account.

You will see this screen display if you PC is locked.

You need to put your password so that it will unlock,


Remember that this is case-sensitive, so upper and
lower cases are treated as different.

And then hit the submit button.


2) Point to the start button and click once to show the START SCREEN menu.

3) On the right-hand side of the taskbar, click on the NOTIFICATIONS and then
click the TABLET MODE.

But in my case, I can’t find my TABLET MODE OPTION so I change the setting
and restart my PC.
4) Now that the display changed to tablet mode, Click ALL APPS then locate the
and click the TIP file.

Take your time and read some articles.


5) Press the START key to switch to Start Screen again. And then try or practice
customizing the layout.

Drag files to new positions.

6) Switch to desktop mode again. Click and open the TIP ICON on the taskbar and
close it afterwards.
7) Click the start key again and go to settings and click PERSONALIZATION. Here
you can make any changes if you want to. Close it after using.
