Research Description:

The purpose of this research was to study the perceived impacts of the relocation and
resettlement project of the government. The study had focused on the housing project in
(location) with relocated families and assessed the sustainability programs of the government
to the beneficiaries of resettlement and relocation project.

This study is a qualitative type of research. In order to gather the needed data, the researcher
have used the narrative model method it takes the subjects at a starting point and review
situations as obstacles or opportunities occur.

2. WORK PERFORMANCE OF BARANGAY POLICE OFFICERSIN MAINTAINING

PEACE AND ORDER IN (location niyo)

Research Description:

This study to aims to gain more knowledge and to evaluate the work performance of the
Barangay Police Officers in maintaining peace and order in (location). Moreover, the
researchers will determine if peace and order is well-implemented and well-maintained in five
barangays in (location). No one can tell when and where the crimes will exist, how does
barangay police officers do their duties and responsibilities so they can secure everyone’s life
and their possible ways to lessen the increasing numbers of crime. It will provide update
information on how the work performances of Barangay Police Officers play a vital role in their
service for the community.

3. EXAMINING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORKPLACE STRESS EXPERIENCED BY THE

FRONTLINERS DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC TO EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR

Research Description:

This study will use employee behaviors, particularly in-role and extra-role behaviors as
outcome variables. Prior research established the negative relationship of work stress to
employee behavior.
