universities to place emphasis on knowledge sharing in order to support

the students to gain access to the necessary resources and information

Biker’s Portal System is an online bike store that will enables users to buy and

sell bikes and bike parts. This is also having a special feature and it called “Rent

a bike”, where users can basically rent their bike. The “Rent a bike” feature has a

bike tracker where users are able to track their respective bikes while it is

borrowed. It also offers an online payment method through G-cash and a Cash

The locale of the study, Pampanga State of Agricultural University’s

students, staffs and teachers this will provide a transportation especially

when the rooms are too far to walk in. it will be more beneficial to those

who can’t afford to buy a bicycle too for allowing them to use the rent

feature of the system. In this way, it is a massive help to those students

who have something to lean on. The biker’s portal will serve as a tool to

make it easier to travel around the campus.

The researches aim to develop a PSAU Bikers’ Portal for the students,

staffs and teachers of Pampanga State of Agricultural University that will

provide them a system than can allow them to buy, sell and rent a bicycle

and a reliable resource about information and troubleshooting on bicycle

and allow the owner will notify the whereabouts of the bike and the user

can choose for the payments modes.
