During the distribution/retrieval, there some students who didn’t

show up or comply to the designated time and place but the assigned
teachers in delivering the learning materials had extended help by delivering
it to their houses so that they could continue answering the SLM. With this,
the team had achieved a 100% distribution/retrieval in each barangay.
The teachers assigned in the barangay did also some monitoring with
help of the adviser on a respective learner. We conveyed their message or
evaluation the performance of the students especially when they got low
scores or there were SLMs that were left unanswered. With this, it had
lessened the burden of the advisers and subject teachers in the process of
monitoring.
Fortunately, the team assigned in the barangay did not experience
major problems during the distribution and retrieval as the process had
gone smoothly as planned.
