ADVANTAGES
In using social media, the advantages are numerous. Social media can help disseminate
information faster and more efficiently than print media, and social media is much easier to
access because of its availability. When it comes to entertainment, you can find countless of
video clips, articles and shows that suit your tastes. Games and talk shows are a common form
of entertainment on social media platforms, giving entertainment all across the globe. When it
comes to education, social media helps students and teachers meet even though one is across
the world through live meetings and live seminars, saving time and giving comfort even at
home.

DISADVANTAGES
The disadvantage of using social media is that information can be easily manipulated.
One can distribute misleading and wrong information or change the content because of its
accessibility. Hackers can also tap into your gadget when you click on a website, giving the
hackers a view on your personal and private information stored on your device. Social media
can be accessed by anyone and it also needs money because you need gadgets to access and
explore the web. Bogus or illegal products are also available to purchase by anyone who knows
where to buy it online, creating more danger to the youth and stirring more chaos into society.
