Hazrat Hudaifah (RA) said that Allah’s Messangers (SAW) on
waking up used to thank Allah (SWT) with these words (Bukhari
Vol.2:936)
It is reported by Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (RA) that Allah’s
Messenger (SAW) said that whosoever recites these words 100
times each during the day, will have all his sins forgiven, even if
they be as huge as foam of the ocean (Bukhari Vol.2:948)
Whosoever asks forgiveness (Astaghfar) from Allah regularly.
Allah will give him relief from all constraints and grief and grant him
sustenance from a source that he never even imagined of. (Abu
