MISSION
Samal Island College is committed to provide access to affordable and quality higher education forming students to become proactive partners in the sustainable development of the community.

I. COURSE INFORMATION
This course is designed to encourage Samaleῆos to support and cooperate with the various local government programs to attain its objective in making Samal a resilien, sustainable and livable
city.

Promote and patronize Samalenos indigenous local products, festivities and exhibit.

A. Ensure respect for human beings by providing various services and welfare facilities to the personnel.
