1. Look for a Hotel/ lodging establishment in Bukidnon, ask for their room
tariff and review the prices if it is reasonable
 Write a “200 words” review on it.

It is reasonable. For they are offering a just price. The customers can save up to 50% last minute deals.
And it is worth the stay. And their price is reasonable. They are located in a Green views place so the
customer will love the nature vibe and feel relaxed. Their suits, rooms and other amenities are good. It is
comfortable to stay with. Also their food looks good, and their accommodation is also good. Their price is
not so affordable but so worth it. From location, Cleanliness, Service, and Value, it is worth it to stay
there.

Their property amenities are Free parking, Internet, Free breakfast, Free high speed Internet, pool,
Restaurant, a non-smoking hotel, and an airport transportation. So you can really say that, the Lodge itself
is a home away from home. It was like a Hacienda living because of nature. They also have a laundry
service, and they offer a Body Massage, Garden, and a Swimming pool (outdoor. Their check-in is from
2:00pm and check out is until 12:00pm. The lodge offer a luggage storage to guests for before check-in
and after check out.

And the most worth it while staying there is that they have a golf course, within 3 Kilometers. And as I
read there reviews, or ratings. Some says, their Lodge is peaceful most of times, restful and Comfortable
to stay in.
 2. With the same establishment from number 1, What is the impact of Covid
19 regarding their room sales? Write at least 7 sentences

The impact of covid 19 regarding their room sales was bad. Their occupancy rates fall from 75.4% in
2019 to 37.6% in 2020. Before rising to 59.2% in 2021. The worse news is that even there are corona
virus Vaccines, they said that it will takes 2-3 years to return to their sales. The room sales is low because
of pandemic but they are hoping that it will be back sooner.

2.a How did they respond to the risk brought by the pandemic? Write at

The Covid 19 has a big impact to their hotel. And they responded to the risk of covid 19 by reopening and
securing their transactions. They restore traveller confidence. And Stimulate demand with new safe and
clean labels for the sector. Informing visitors and domestic promotion. The impact of crisis is being left
troughout the entire hotels of the city but the economy will recover soon.

2.b write at least 10 sentences of your reaction regarding the question number 2.

I must say that Covid 19 pandemic has really a big impact of the society. Not only in hotels but i've seen
more than that. The hotel staff got at risk. The unemployment rate was high. And most especially, the
people struggle. Being in a Tourism industry is not easy, especially during pandemics, cause it will be a
big impact to them. As what I've learned from their sales, its really not good. I mean, there room sales got
lower and lower every month before, but thank fully it's slowly restoring now. Patient is really needed for
that business, don't give up just for the trials and be stonger. That's what ive learned..
